Faye Eshraghi
Chief Operating Officer
Faye Eshraghi is the Chief Operating Officer for the Knowledge Translation Unit (KTU). She joined the team in 2015.
Faye is responsible for the management of operations and financial oversight in global and national projects, as well as research projects. Her focus is on ensuring the unit’s sustainability, with an eye to risk and contract management.
Initially Faye managed the Unit’s grant administration, involving a variety of funding sources such as CDC/Pepfar, USAID, Global Fund, NIMH, and NIHR, alongside coordinating both internal and external audits. She was also involved in managing the COVID-19 community material development initiative of the WCG for the KTU with oversight of the production and dissemination of over 200 unique public awareness and safety resources.
Prior to joining the KTU, Faye was involved in crafting recruitment and retention strategies for the National Department of Health in South Africa and negotiating stakeholder engagement for both provincial and national governments.
Faye has a deep commitment to driving impactful projects and fostering transformative change in diverse settings. She values developing strong stakeholder relationships and managing business operations and projects adeptly.
She also serves as the COO for The Health Foundation.
