Faye Eshraghi
Managing Director of the Knowledge Translation Foundation
Faye Eshraghi is the Managing Director of the Knowledge Translation Foundation. She joined the organisation in 2015 and has been closely involved in its development as a collaborative, systems-focused organisation working to bridge research, practice, and health system realities.
Faye’s work is grounded in a systems way of thinking, with attention to how people, relationships, processes, and evidence interact in everyday settings. Her interests include governance, decision-making, accountability, and the conditions that enable teams and partnerships to function well over time.
Her role at KTF focuses on organisational strategy, planning, governance, partnerships, and the operational foundations that support the organisation’s work. Much of her current focus is on strengthening KTF’s long-term governance and strategic direction, supporting sustainability and values-driven growth. Her work spans national and international programmes supported by a range of global funders and involves navigating complex funding, compliance, and partnership environments. Faye’s contribution centres on building institutional systems that support credible, well-governed work across contexts.
In recent years, her focus has increasingly included knowledge systems and digital infrastructure that support evidence-informed care, as part of broader systems that are ethical, locally relevant, and grounded in real health system needs.
Faye values relationships and collaboration as central to systems change and is committed to practical, equitable approaches that support evidence moving into practice in sustainable and context-appropriate ways.
